Drafting experience is an asset but the answer is NO! We provide training on AutoCAD and the Matterport equipment. However, if you have no previous drafting experience, we would suggest taking a drafting course prior to committing (even if it is just an online course) to get a feel for AutoCAD – and if it’s something you will enjoy doing.
We want vibrant, friendly, outgoing people who won’t be afraid to stand up in front of a room of realtors and tell them about our product.
The great thing about Proper Measure is, once you are up and running, you have little to no overhead costs besides the 5% monthly royalty. You will need to purchase some equipment, get some marketing materials printed, and pay for travel and accommodation during your 10 days of training in Victoria. Ballpark cost for this is an additional $8,000.00.

If both parties like what they hear and want to move forward we will send you a “letter of intent”. The letter of intent will outline the broad strokes of the agreement (territory, price, training dates, etc.), sign it and send it back along with a 10% deposit (fully refundable less $250.00 to cover administrative costs). Once received we will send you a franchise agreement to review, sign it, send the balance of the funds and WELCOME ABOARD!
