Traditionally, floor plans were created using the error prone method of measuring on site and drafting later. If a dimension was missed due to human error, or if a dimension was improperly recorded, it often led to inaccurate guess work.

At Proper Measure™ Ltd. we do things differently. We draft our floor plans on-site, enabling us to see any errors or omissions before we leave. In addition, we use laser measuring technology instead of tape measures. This combination provides for accurate floor plans of extreme detail. But that’s not all; we also add an artistic flair to our product, creating a final floor plan that is appealing to the eye... the eye of your potential buyer.
